This time management and students activity log exercise shows you how.
Step 1: Download your time management and students activity log.
Step 2: Keep an activity log for 1 week.
Step 3: With your time management log data, calculate how much time you spend doing top priority activities. Are you doing them under stress or are you methodical and planned?
You can do this by examining the picture below and seeing how much time you spend in each of the quadrants.
Your goal as a student is to spend more time in quadrant 2.
